After a week of juicing, participants of the 3FM FAT2FIT 60 Days Challenge, Season VI, met at the forecourt of TV3 for their fourth weekly exercise session.
The event, which took place on Saturday, February 23, 2019, started at 6:00am with a weight screening session to monitor the progress of participants.
This was followed by a few body stretches and an aerobics session led by instructor Mr. Jerome.
The Biggest Weight Loser for the week was Lahiru Ismaila with a weight loss of 3.7kg for this week.
She also took time to share her experience with the participants and encouraged them to push further.
She received a pack of water from Verna Water Company as well as bitter cocoa from Top Creativity as her prize for being the winner for the week.
Miss Anita Aryee, who followed her closely with a weight loss of 3.1kg, also testified on how following the meal plans has propelled her to make her best weight loss so far.
Losing weight through lifestyle changes (healthy diet & exercise), though not easy, is the best approach to managing one’s weight.
Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Fat2Fit Ghana Akoto DerGross praised all the participants for their commitment to the challenge.
He cautioned them to watch their potions even as they enter the fifth week, where participants get to eat regular meals.
