US-based Ghanaian gospel musician and preacher Sonnie Badu has chastised the wife of the second richest man on earth for her doom comments about Africa. The gospel musician noted that Melinda Gates, wife of Microsoft founder Bill Gates, is not God to make unsavory comments about the continent. She is reported to have said that Africa will soon have dead bodies lying on the streets because of the deadly Coronavirus (COVID-19). Melinda Gates, who is the co-chair of the Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation, in an interview with CNN is reported to have said developing countries, including Africa, are going to be badly hit by the deadly Coronavirus pandemic. According to her, Africa will suffer unbearable consequences if the number of cases recorded on the continent comes just a little closer to that of Europe, America, and Asia. Melinda Gates noted that cases are low in Africa because the continent is not testing as much as Europe and other parts of the world. She made reference to reports of dead bodies on the streets of Ecuador saying, “You are going to see that in Africa.” Sonnie Badu, who was clearly not amused by the comments, warned the wife of Bill Gates not to overstep her boundaries. “You are not God … You are only human, Just like us. Do not over step your boundaries, don’t worry your time will be up soon …,” the preacher said. The musician added that “Africa will surprise the world, that is why for the first time we are ahead of you all … Madam, keep quite ???????????????????????? … my name is BADU.” Source: 3news.com | Ghana]]>
