All seven accused persons standing trial at the Bole Magistrate Court over the lynching of Akua Denteh at Kafaba have been remanded into police custody. The presiding magistrate, Andrew Prince Cudjoe discharged the accused persons on their earlier charge sheets but they were rearrested by police at the court premises. The magistrate then directed the police to remand them into custody to reappear on Friday, September 18. He charged the accused persons to cooperate with police.
