Government has begun the construction of a harbour at Mpakadan in the Asuogyaman Constituency of the Eastern Region, a former top official of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) has disclosed. Paul Asare Ansah, who claimed the project was his brainchild, made this known in an interview on Onua FM’s Ghana Dadwene hosted by Nana Yaw Opare on Monday. He explained that the harbour was the reason why the government is also constructing the Tema to Mpakadan Railway line, which is…

Last week, many people I came into contact with told me the coronavirus isn’t real. My mechanic, a guest at the office and a few more professed how they could never get the coronavirus. I even had meetings where some people just refused to wear a mask, or took it off once they entered. I engaged a bit further. Some people think COVID-19 is as a result of some biological warfare, or is a biological weapon not intended for Africa. Real people think that. Then I had one man postulate that it might be the plan of the world pharmaceutical…

Serie ‘A’ giants, Juventus, announced their former player, Andrea Pirlo as the head coach yesterday. However, this is not the first time a retired player will be going back to his former club to manage it. When players drop the jerseys and pick the tactics book to coach teams they once played for, fans cheer on hoping they deliver magic like they have always been doing. Whilst some coaches are an instant hit at their clubs, others bite the dust very early in the day. Not all were heroes during their playing days but once they turned coaches, they found…

Lucky Mensah made the call on Sunday, August 9 in an interview on Ghana Dadwene hosted by Nana Yaw Opare.
