The Herald, has uncovered troubling information regarding the procurement of 20 armoured vehicles by the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), manufactured during the era of the former Soviet Union. The vehicles, now 53 years old, have been described by this paper’s military insiders as, “death traps”.
