The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) has issued a public notice mandating the certification and registration of all Environmental Management Practitioners in Ghana, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act, 2025 (Act 1124). Under Section 31(1) of the Act, the EPA is tasked with certifying individual experts and firms providing environmental management services, and maintaining an official register of authorised practitioners.
