A member of the sixth parliament that approved the purchase of three aircrafts for the Ghana Armed Forces has made interesting revelations about the deal and called on the United Nations to show interest in the scandal. For all the hue and cry, my point has been simple in the matter of the Approved Judgement by the UK Crown Court in the case of the SFO versus Airbus: no bribes or kickbacks were paid to any Ghanaian officials. Two persons were confirmed dead Saturday evening when the car they were travelling in got involved in an accident at Dominase near Komenda Junction in the Central Region. Central Regional PRO of the Ghana National Fire Service, Assistant Division Officer 1 Abdul Wasiu Hudu who confirmed the incident to TV3 said the car burst a tyre, causing it to veer off the road into the bush. Deputy Chief of Staff, Francis Asenso Boakye, has filed his nomination forms to contest the parliamentary primary of the New Patriotic Party in the Bantama constituency. Large numbers of NPP delegates and party supporters in the constituency joined in the filing exercise. Black Queens and police officer Goalkeeper Fafali Dumehasi married her long time boyfriend Kingsley Blankson. The ceremony took place at the Park and Gardens in the Volta Region capital Ho on Saturday, 8 February, 2020. Dumehasi who is a police officer plays for the National Women’s League team Police Ladies. In January, she gained promotion as a Corporal in the Ghana Police Service.
