Former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is set to be declared winner of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries as results give him a landslide victory.
Dr Bawumia was challenged by four other aspirants with Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, who placed second in the party’s last primaries, also in contention.
However, results from across the 276 constituencies put the 2024 candidate in a pole position to be retained.
