Kingsley Coman’s 59th minute header was the difference as Bayern Munich clinched their sixth European title on Sunday.
It was in the 2019/20 UEFA Champions League final against Paris St-Germain in Lisbon, Portugal.
After a goalless first half, pressure from the Germans paid off as Joshua Kimmich’s cross was headed home by Coman after 14 minutes of play.
Paris St-Germain’s forwards including Kylian Mbappe came close to drawing level but Manuel Neuer stood between them and the Bayern goal.
The win makes Bayern the first side to win all matches on the road to winning the European title.
Coman’s goal is the club’s 500th in Europe; only Real Madrid and Barcelona have scored more.
The title completes a treble for the Bavarians having won the Bundesliga and the DFB German Cup.
