Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has narrated the circumstances that led to his detention by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) earlier on Wednesday evening.
He told Accra-based TV3 that he had only gone to the OSP to honour his invitation for interrogation.
He, then, said while he was parking, police man approached him about his mission there why he was allowed to park in the first place.
In his bewilderment at the question, a soldier standing by seemed to have supported the police officer.
He said the soldier then said, “I was stupid and I also told him he was also stupid.”
Mr Kpebu expressed concerns about the absence of name tags on the uniforms of both the police and soldier stationed at the OSP.
He, however, mentioned the police officer who caused his detention is called Seth Ablorh Mensah.
