Ghanaian music producer M.O.G Beatz says his copyright infringement dispute with musician Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has been fully resolved.
In a statement released Thursday, M.O.G said the agreement reached on December 11 marks an important step toward protecting creative rights and strengthening accountability in the music industry.
He praised his legal team for their “professionalism and dedication” throughout the process and thanked industry figures Mr. Seidu and Mr. Kojo Spio for their support and guidance.
M.O.G also expressed gratitude to fans and colleagues who backed his push for fairness, saying their encouragement reinforced the importance of respecting intellectual property.
He noted that the resolution reflects a shared commitment to safeguarding artistic works and promoting mutual respect across the music community.
