The National Service Authority (NSA) has collaborated with the Ghana Publishing Company to create a new digital solution for gazetting documents of prospective personnel.
“The launch of a new e-Gazette platform to digitize and streamline the gazette application process by Ghana Publishing Company has made it significantly easier and faster for applicants to obtain the required legal documents needed to resolve identity issues,” a circular on Thursday, November 20 noted.
According to the circular, the new e-Gazette platform allows personnel to apply for and receive gazettes electronically, eliminating physical visits, manual submissions and long processing queues.
It is said to provide convenient nationwide access from any location, using a computer or mobile device.
“NSP who require affidavits and gazettes, which are mandatory documents for correcting name discrepancies or date of birth errors on the NSA Support Platform are encouraged to use the e-Gazette platform promptly to facilitate their registration.”
