Management of Media General has rewarded some hard-working staff of the leading media conglomerate.
Having worked tirelessly throughout the year to place the media organization at a high pedestal, the staff who were selected from various departments were rewarded for their dedication to work.
Some 15 individuals from various arms of the media organization: TV3, 3FM, Onua FM, Connect FM, Akoma FM, MG Digital (3news.com) and Adesa Production received letters of commendation as well as a mobile phone from the company.
The 15 were chosen by departmental heads under the media group as “The Most Hard-working” under the year 2019.
Presenting the awards to the staff at a brief ceremony on Friday, December 20, Board Chairman of the Media General Group, Kojo Yankah commended the awardees for their contribution towards the growth of the company.
“I want to commend the team for good team work. It’s important to make sure your team comes along with you.
“We are very much appreciative of what you have done together,” he said.
Group Chief Executive Officer of Media General Beatrice Agyemang Abbey also praised the staff for their contribution and dedication to the company.
Mrs. Agyemang Abbey encouraged the awardees to keep up the good work, and also continue to uphold values of the media organization for greater strides in the coming year.
