Sale of NPP paraphernalia booms

Patronage of New Patriotic Party (NPP) paraphernalia is booming across the country ahead of the inauguration of the president-elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Saturday. Traders are cashing in as the day approaches in various stores and traffic intersections across the country. Onua FM’s team of reporters across the country reports of a happy mood of traders who sell various NPP paraphernalia. Afia Afriyie reports from Accra that traders in traffic intersections such as Kaneshie First Light, Abeka Junction, N1 Highway, among other places have made a lot of sales due to the event. She explained that most drivers, private and commercial, have decorated their vehicles with NPP paraphernalia. npp-paraphernalia Our Connect FM reporter, Animonyam Okyere reports from the Takoradi Market Circle that traders are happy as people are buying their the paraphernalia more than goods on sale. A trader told Anomonyam that she is selling other wears but people are not buying those wears compare to the NPP paraphernalia. She reports traders who sell fish, yam, tomato, among others, have also decorated themselves with NPP paraphernalia. npp-paraphernalia3 Our Akoma FM’s Sika Hene reports from Kumasi that residents say they have already bought some but got spoiled due to the jubilations but they are buying new ones for tomorrow’s event. Traders in Kumasi, like other places, were wearing various types NPP paraphernalia. Zakaria Abdul-Kadiri reports from Tamale in the Northern Region that apart from the high purchase of the paraphernalia, people are also preparing to leave for Accra to witness the inauguration. Zack said other travers are struggling to get vehicles to convey them to their various destinations because of the buses have been hired out to persons coming to Accra for the event.
