The Season 6 of 3FMFat2Fit 60 Days Challenge is still making headway.
On Saturday, the 16th February 2019, participants of the challenge met at the Aviation Social Center for an open circuit and aerobics session.
The event started with weight screening to monitor the progress of participants in the weight loss journey. It was very exciting to see participants light up and scream at their tremendous progress. Being their 2nd week, they confessed of their struggles to follow the meal plans and how they could not see any tangible changes until they stood on the scale that morning.
Participants were grilled by Akoto Dergross for 15 minutes with the Circuit training and a vigorous aerobic session continued, led by Bea de Bully.
The highlight of the event was to announce and award the biggest Weight Loser for the week. The winner went to Miss Adepa Achereko Amponsah with an immense weight loss of 2.9kg. She also took time to share her experience with the participants.
The event was climaxed with motivation from Mr. Akoto DerGross, the founder of Fat2fit Ghana, who encouraged the participants to make the journey a lifestyle rather than a means to an end.
“We say a big thank you to our Partner 3FM 92.7, and our sponsors, Aviation Social Center, Moringa King, Verna Mineral Water, Top Creativity, Centre for Plant Medicine and Research, Fruit Masters, Ekay Collections, Cuba Investments, Prudential life Insurance, AfricaK@rt”.
