Thomas Partey made his first court appearance today after being formally charged with multiple counts of sexual misconduct.

The 32-year-old appeared on Tuesday, August 5, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London. He stood before Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring, with the hearing lasting roughly 15 minutes.

After outlining the bail terms, the judge allowed him to leave. Partey simply said, “Thank you,” before stepping out of the courtroom.

Details of Thomas Partey’s Charges

Partey faces six charges from three different women. The alleged incidents span from April 2021 to February 2022. All reports were made to the police between February 2022 and March 2025, as noted by MyLondon.

Here’s a breakdown of each charge brought against Partey:

Charge 1

  • Complainant 1
  • Period: April to May 2021
She alleges that what began as consensual intimacy turned non-consensual. Partey is accused of penetrating her rear without consent. She reported it in February 2022. He was arrested and questioned in July that year.

Charge 2

  • Same complainant
  • Period: April to June 2021
She claims he accessed her rear end without permission on at least four occasions. Partey was interviewed again in November 2024.

Charge 3

  • Complainant 2
  • Date: December 2021
She says he asked for sex. She refused. Yet he went ahead. She reported it in February 2025. Police interviewed Partey in March.

Charge 4

  • Same complainant
  • Date: February 2022
She declined rear-end intercourse. He allegedly ignored her refusal. This was reported in September 2022. It wasn’t discussed during his March 2025 interview.

Charge 5

  • Same complainant
  • Date: June 2022
While in Marbella, Spain, she claims Partey forced himself on her. She says he ignored her protests. He was interviewed in July 2022.

Charge 6

  • Complainant 3
  • Date: February 2022
She accuses Partey of lying on top of her, trying to kiss her, and touching her body through her clothes. She resisted, and he stopped. Police questioned him in February 2023.
