After several hours of gruesome auditions across the country in major capital cities – Tamale, Kumasi and Accra, the final set has been named and would be participating in the show which exhibits muscles, tact, strategy and pure strength.
The 13 week show would test the resolve of men who want to exhibit how strong they are by undertaking various competitions including the ‘Loading Race, Car Pull, Overhead Press, Squat, Dead-lift, Yoke-walk (Lua Lua), Duck walk, Farmers walk amongst others strength testing exercises.
The show would start airing on Saturday May 6 at 2pm on TV3 and management of TV3 have assured the audience that this seasons event would be the best ever they have seen.
