The local entertainment industry continues to bear the brunt of coronavirus as major concerts, premieres and events have been suspended.
Konxept Worae of TV3 Entertainment takes a look at the impact of the postponements, cancellations, and suspensions on the industry.
So far, Ghana has confirmed nine cases of COVID-19 and as part of cautionary measures announced by President Akufo-Addo on Sunday, schools and universities have been closed and public gatherings banned.
Already, many institutions have responded to the president’s call with churches suspending church services and other activities like weddings and Easter conventions.
