An Accra High Court has granted bail to Manhyia South Member of Parliament (MP) Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah.
The bail was granted at GH¢10 million with two sureties without justification.
The Manhyia South MP had pleaded not guity to three counts of conspiracy to commit intentional dissipation of public funds, willfully causing financial loss to the state and money laundering.
By the bail conditions on Saturday, he is to deposit his passport with the court registry.
Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah had turned himself in on Thursday, October 1 following a court order that granted the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) warrant to arrest him.
Investigations had taken him twice to his residence.
