After a successful launch and four weeks of zonal auditions in Connect FM’s Community Street Rap Battle Season III – Virtual Edition, 22 rappers have qualified.
The 22 qualified out of 68 rappers from the four zonal auditions in Effiakuma, Kwesimintsim, Sekondi and Takoradi.
Debby Sway, the only female rapper for the auditions, made it to the next round from the Sekondi Zone.
Two eviction shows would be held on consecutive Saturdays starting August 15.
The number would be pruned down to eight rappers for the grand finale on September 13/20, 2020.
There would be two review shows. The first will be on Saturday, August 9 to review the zonal auditions and preview the chances of the 22 rappers getting into the eviction stage and the second will be on Saturday, August 30, to review the eviction shows and preview the grand finale.
