Farida Mahama, daughter of former president John Dramani Mahama, has confirmed the exit of the first family from their Cantonments residence in an Instagram photo. The picture clearly shows how active Farida has been during the relocation of her family over the weekend after several years at the Cantonments residence. She, however, seemed very excited as she beamed with a big smile clinching unto her box labelled Farida’s hand bags/school bags. Mr. Mahama couldn’t hide his joy by sharing his number one fan’s adorable photo on social media captioned, “Moving takes a lot of packing and labelling. Farida’s carton box caught my eye. #BagAddict #DaddysGirl#JDM #Ghana #ECOWAS #Africa” The Cantonments residence, where Mr Mahama and his family have been staying since he was Vice President, has been earmarked official residence for Vice presidents according to the state.
