Ghana’s High Commission in Pretoria has suspended registration for nationals wishing to return home as a result of xenophobic attacks in South Africa. The High Commission says the decision takes effect from Tuesday, June 2. “The temporary suspension is to enable the High Commission and the Home Affairs process and screen the large number of applications already received,” a statement issued by the High Commission said on Monday, June 1.
