An all female Nigerian trafficking human syndicate has been busted by the Baatsona Divisional Police Command. The gang reportedly engaged in trafficking girls from Nigeria into forced prostitution in Ghana. An operation by the police conducted on Friday, March 24 at a hotel in Baatsona following a tip-off led to the arrest of two suspects, Ify Mba, 33, and Amanda Chioma Eze also known as Faith Eze, 23. A missing Indonesian man was found dead inside the body of a python, according to local police. Akbar went missing on Sunday on the island of Sulawesi, after leaving to harvest palm oil. In the search for the 25-year-old, police told BBC Indonesian that they had found a huge snake they suspected had swallowed the man. The reticulated python, reported to be 7m (23ft)-long, was cut open and the man’s body was found. Bob Dylan will finally accept his Nobel Prize for Literature in Stockholm this weekend, the academy has announced. The American singer was awarded the prize in October but failed to travel to pick up the award, or deliver the lecture that is required to receive the 8m kroner ($910,000) prize. The academy said it would meet Dylan in private in the Swedish capital, where he is giving two concerts. He will not lecture in person but is expected to send a taped version. South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma is not attending the funeral of veteran anti-apartheid activist Ahmed Kathrada at the request of his family. Mr Kathrada called on Mr Zuma to resign last year after he became mired in a series of corruption scandals. Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa is representing the government at the funeral. Mr Kathrada, 87, died on Tuesday. He was jailed alongside Nelson Mandela for fighting against white minority rule. He spent more than 26 years in prison before his release in 1989.
