Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) has handed over 1,000 beds to the Ministry of Health for onward distribution to hospitals across the country. A former Member of Parliament, Nkrabea Effah-Dartey, has asked the Speaker of Ghana’s parliament to prevail on the British High Commission in Accra to apologise to the House over allegation of visa fraud against some four current and past legislators. The Veterinary Services Directorate is cautioning the public to desist from patronizing any meat from either a slaughter house or a market that has not been embossed with a stamp from the Veterinary Services Department.
