A 32-year old man said to be suffering from high-fever has allegedly beheaded his girlfriend under a mysterious circumstance at a village near Kasseh in the Ada District of the Greater Accra Region. It has emerged that Parliament at the last-minute amended the approved retirement package for President John Mahama to include the provision of a fully furnished residence for the former president who exited office on January 7.
