The Minister of Food and Agriculture, Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto, has revealed that out of the 80 warehouses being built across the country, 51 of them are ready. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has warned the general public especially customers of the defunct Fund management companies not to deal with PBAY Limited because it has not been duly registered. Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu has extolled the Special Prosecutor Mr Martin Amidu over his report on the Agyapa Royalties Agreement. The Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu did a terrible job on the corruption risk assessment of the Agyapa Royalties Agreement, Dr Mark Assibey-Yeboah, Chairman of the Finance Committee of Parliament, has said. The Minority in Parliament has said they will not support modification of the Agyapa deal if the Finance Minister returns to Parliament with it. This, he said, is to enable them assist farmers with best farming practices to improve on their yields.
