Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni has blasted MPs for allocating themselves a total of 10bn Ugandan shillings ($2.6m; £2m) to enable them to raise awareness about coronavirus. Foreigners seeking to rent a residential or commercial property in Ghana are now to secure a covid-19 clearance certificate, the government has announced.
