African champions Nigeria shrugged off their opening day defeat to South Africa to record a resounding 4-0 win over Zambia on Match Day 4.
The Super Falcons came up against the Shepolopolo, who had beaten former champions Equatorial Guinea in their opening match.
Desire Oparanozie, Francisca Ordega and Grace Okoronko were the goal scorers for the West Africans at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
Nigeria’s win open the group with South Africa, who beat them, yet to play Equatorial Guinea in their second game in Group B.
The final group games will be played on Saturday.
