The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the sacking 9f Black Stars Head Coach Otto Addo effective immediately.
The decision was taken moments after the team lost 1-2 to Germany in their second pre-World Cup game.
That loss had come on the back of a 5-1 defeat to Austria in the first warm-up game ahead of the mundial.
In a statement issued Tuesday dawn, the GFA thanked Otto Addo “for his contribution to the team and wishes hom the best of luck in his future endeavours”.
“The Ghana Football Association will communicate the new technical direction of the Black Stars in due course.”
