Former President John Dramani Mahama has returned to the Brong Ahafo Region to wrap up his campaign for Saturday’s presidential primary of his party.
The two-time leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is in Drobo in the Jaman South Constituency of the Brong Ahafo Region to finish his nationwide campaign.
Mr Mahama had skipped some areas in Jaman South in his five-day tour of the Brong Ahafo Region in October last year.
There were troubles in two towns in the constituency.
Mr Mahama wants to drum home his message of saving Ghanaians from the “hardship” under the current Akufo-Addo-led government.
He is confident he will come out victorious on Saturday and, subsequently, reclaim power for the NDC in 2020.
