The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations has invited the public to submit comments on the Draft Number Registration Regulations, 2025, as part of efforts to strengthen Ghana’s digital governance framework.
Developed under the auspices of the National Communications Authority, the draft regulations aim to enhance regulatory clarity and operational efficiency within the communications sector. The ministry said public participation is critical to ensuring the framework reflects industry needs and consumer interests.
The consultation period closes on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025. Stakeholders are required to submit completed input templates via email to legislativereview@moc.gov.gh
The initiative forms part of broader reforms to support a secure, well-regulated, and digitalised Ghana.
