Political scientists from the University of Ghana, Legon, have advised political parties to devise creative and innovative ways of campaigning rather than using of the conventional rallies.
Dr. Kwame Asah Asante and Dr. Ezekiel Nortey, speaking on TV3’s Election Command Centre Monday, September 7, observed the exigencies of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic will not allow politicians to do their normal politicking, hence the need to use virtual means.
They outlined a few things political parties may consider in their campaign strategies as the ban on political rallies is still in force.
