One of the Zipline drones on a routine test flight is reported to have para-landed in th Mampong-Dawu Valley in the Eastern Region.
Initial reports said it was on a medical supply operation.
But authorities say the drone was just being tested.
Indigenes who found the drone on a farm in the Valley alerted authroities and, quickly, officers from the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) were on site to rescue the drone.

Ghana began the delivery of medical supplies via drones last year with the commissioning of the first centre at Omenako in the Eastern Region.
Since then, two more centres in Mampong and Kukuaa have been set up.
A fourth distribution centre at Sefwi Wiawso in the Western North Region is expected to be commissioned by the end of this year.
