As media conglomerate, Media General, readies to host the second edition of its Economic Dialogue Series Thursday morning, on the theme ‘The Ghana Cedi; Breaking the cycle of depreciation’, hopes are high that the event will deliver as much as the maiden edition, which focused on Ponzi schemes.
Speakers on the dialogue, former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana Emmanuel Asiedu-Mantey, internationally recognised economist Andrews Kwame Pianim, Chief Executive Officer of Dalex Finance Kenneth Thompson and others, are expected to bring their expertise to bear in finding solutions to the phenomenon of the cyclical depreciation of the Cedi.
Many have described the event as timely and are looking forward to an informative and educative forum Thursday morning in the TV3 Executive Theatre.
The event is under the auspices of the Media General Group and will be live on TV3, 3FM and on Facebook at TV3 Ghana.
