Application challenging Prof. Afful-Broni’s appointment thrown out

Prof. Afful-Broni was inducted into office in September, 2018 by President Nana Akufo-Addo (R)[/caption] The High Court in Cape Coast has dismissed an application filed by the six persons seeking to challenge among other things the legality of the appointment of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba, Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni. Earlier the court dismissed the EOCO report which was heavily relied upon by Alex Afenyo Markin and Harold Atuguba both counsel for the six applicants and 2nd respond filed to exonerate his clients.
