The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), Maame Efua Houadjeto, has taken part in a high-level Global Affairs Business Mixer held ahead of the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, positioning Ghana prominently within global creative and innovation conversations.
The exclusive networking session, organised by Godfather Entertainment in collaboration with All We Do Is Work, brought together global influencers, artificial intelligence experts and leaders from the creative industries. The event served as a platform for dialogue and collaboration across culture, technology and innovation.

As a key participant, Houadjeto engaged with top AI practitioners, entertainment executives, cultural strategists and global policy advocates, exploring opportunities to integrate innovative solutions and global best practices into Ghana’s tourism and creative sectors.
Her participation underscored Ghana’s growing global relevance, highlighting the country’s strengths in tourism, culture and creative enterprise, while positioning it as a hub for strategic partnerships and innovation-led growth.

Discussions at the session focused on applying artificial intelligence to creativity and entertainment, advancing cultural diplomacy and global storytelling, and driving inclusive economic growth.

The pre-Grammy engagement demonstrated that the awards season also provides space for strategic thought leadership, with Houadjeto’s involvement amplifying Ghana’s visibility on the global stage and reinforcing the GTA’s role as a bridge between African culture and global innovation.
