Deputy Minister for Energy, John Abdulai Jinapor, has held a courtesy meeting with Cenpower Generation Company Limited, one of Ghana’s leading independent power producers.
The discussions focused on recent developments in the power sector and explored avenues for collaboration to support President John Dramani Mahama’s energy agenda.
Jinapor emphasised Government’s commitment to providing a reliable and sustainable power supply while maintaining fiscal discipline within the sector. He noted that the engagement was constructive and highlighted the importance of working closely with industry stakeholders to ensure the long-term stability of Ghana’s electricity infrastructure.
The Deputy Minister expressed optimism for continued dialogue and collaboration, aimed at strengthening the nation’s energy future and supporting economic growth.
This meeting forms part of ongoing efforts by Government to enhance transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement in Ghana’s power sector.
