The Black Stars technical team has been beefed up with seven individuals ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Ghana will begin preparations for the tournament from Saturday, June 1 in Dubai.
Already, 29 players have been invited for the training tour in United Arab Emirates.
A statement released on the portal of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) named experienced coaches Sellas Tetteh, David Duncan and Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as scouts to monitor Ghana’s opponents.
All three coaches have been national team coaches in the past.
Sellas Tetteh made history in Egypt in 2009, when he took the national U-20 team to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup. He has coached the Black Stars in the past.
David Duncan coached the national U-17 team, the Black Starlets, at the 2005 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Peru.
Mas-Ud Didi Draman handled the female U-17 team, the Black Maidens, to Bronze at the 2017 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Azerbaijan.
The Black Stars will play in Group F with defending champions Cameroon, Benin and Guinea-Bissau.
Patrick Ofori has been named as the team’s psychologist while Samuel Kwame Ankomah will be the masseur.
Jermaine Lopia will be the video and match analyst with Simon Copley as the physical trainer.
They join a team which already has the likes of former players Stephen Appiah, Ibrahim Tanko and Richard Kingson in the fold.
