There was confusion at the Ghana International Press Center in Accra, following the disruption of a press conference organised by pro-National Democratic Congress (NDC) group Action Movement. The group was addressing the press over possible causes of the party’s disappointing performance in the December 7, 2016 elections. It blamed governments for storing data on software vulnerabilities which could then be accessed by hackers.
