Donald Trump’s national security adviser, Michael Flynn, has resigned over his contacts with Russia, the White House has announced. Mr Flynn is alleged to have discussed US sanctions with the Russian ambassador before Mr Trump took office. He is said to have misled officials about the conversation. The majority of cases in the world’s largest outbreak of Ebola were caused by a tiny handful of patients, research suggests. The analysis, published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, shows nearly two thirds of cases (61%) were caused by 3% of infected people. US Agency for International Development (USAID) Ghana Mission Director Andrew Karas travelled to the Volta Region between January 24 and January 27 to visit USAID projects working to increase access to quality healthcare and education.
