The election of regional representatives onto the Council of State is scheduled to be held across the nation today, Thursday, February 16. The National Planning Committee of the 60th anniversary of Ghana’s independence will not exceed its GH¢20 million budget for any reason, a member of the Committee has assured. Journalists from across the continent are invited to apply for the award, which aims to uncover and promote fresh talent from Africa.
