The construction of this Interchange, according to President Akufo-Addo, will help address the congestion being faced by commuters at the Obetsebi-Lamptey roundabout, and will help improve mobility on the Ring Road corridor. Civil society group Crusaders Against Corruption Ghana, is demanding from Government, a “forensic analysis” of all funds that were withdrawn from ECG’s cash flow or borrowed on behalf of ECG to be analyzed, for President Akufo Addo. The demand by the group follows decision by government to terminate Power Distribution Services (PDS) concession agreement with the Electricity Company of Ghana, ECG.
