A survey conducted by the Ghana Statistical service (GSS) has shown that domestic violence cases went up during the lockdown in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. The Western Togolanders, who hijacked Juapong last Friday, are a group of criminals who are copying blindly from what happened in Cameroon where a group also wanted independence for portions of that country, Sam Okudzeto, a member of the Council of State, has said. The Ghana Police Service has revealed that flags of the Western Togoland were found at the Ho Lorry station after the attack at the STC bus terminal by the  alleged secessionist group. The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) has stated that 78% of Ghanaians were unable to enjoy the electricity tariff cut announced by the government in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. This is because they are not connected to the national grid, the GSS said.
