There was no intelligence failure regarding the hijack of Juapong by the ‘Western Togolanders’ the Minister of Information Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has said. The Director of Electoral Services at the Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC), Dr Serebuor Quaicoe, has revealed that only 17,000 names of voters across the country are missing on the new electoral register as of close of Friday, September 25.
