The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the temporary closure of the VVIP Lounge at the Accra International Airport effective Friday, April 3.​ The facility, which serves as the primary reception point for high-level state officials, diplomats, and visiting foreign dignitaries, will be out of service for exactly one week. According to official communication from the Ministry, the gates to the prestigious lounge are expected to swing open again on Friday, April 10.
