The Ghana Police Service has declared a suspect, identified as Hoyeefi, wanted in connection with a series of armed robbery attacks at Nkaseim in the Ahafo Region, police said in a press release issued on Sunday.
According to the police, investigations have established that Hoyeefi is the alleged leader of a robbery gang responsible for coordinated attacks carried out on 2 December 2025. The targets included the Nkaseim Police Station, the Adwumapa Cocoa Buying Company, Kobby Gold Buying Company and the vicinity of the Asutifi Rural Bank.
Police said the attacks were well-organised and posed a serious threat to public safety and security in the area, prompting intensified investigations by the Criminal Investigation Department.
The Police Service has announced a reward of GH¢50,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. Members of the public with credible information on Hoyeefi’s whereabouts are urged to contact the nearest police station or call the emergency numbers 191, 18555 or 112.
The police assured the public of confidentiality for informants and reiterated their commitment to bringing the suspect to justice.
