The Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, Mr. Ben Hassan Ouattara conducting under bonnet checks on a customer’s vehicle.

Shell customers at various service stations in Ghana were given special treatment by management and staff of Vivo Energy Ghana to the company’s annual Customer Contact Day.

The day seeks to thank customers for their loyalty throughout the year.

This year’s Customer Contact Day was on the theme ‘Get more’ to reinforce Shell’s promise of giving more value to motorists.

Staff of the company interacted with customers at the forecourt, lube bays and Shell shops of the various service stations.

They offered various services including fuelling tanks, cleaning windscreens and giving out gifts to customers as well as soliciting feedback from them.

A highly satisfied customer, Mawuli Gbeho, who was served by the Managing Director of Vivo Ghana, Ben Hassan Ouattara, at the Airport City Shell service station commended Shell for the service quality and delivery at the station.

“I have been buying fuel from Shell since 1999 and I continue to receive the best customer service. The fuel is very clean too and I get the right quantity anytime I buy from here. Keep up the good work” he said.

Mr Hassan Ouattara reiterated Vivo Energy Ghana’s commitment to its customers by putting them at the centre of everything it does.

“We cherish our customers to the extent that we have brought all the happiness in our industry to Shell service stations this festive season. We are currently running our Shell Club loyalty programme, which is the first comprehensive loyalty programme for all categories of motorists in our industry. It is all about giving our customers happiness on every visit to our service stations”, he said.

He added that customers will have to register and sign in to the Shell Club card to build points anytime they buy fuel, lubricants or items from the shop to enjoy amazing gifts of their choice.

The Marketing Manager of Vivo Energy Ghana, Jerry Boachie-Danquah, said the ‘Shell Get more’ promotion currently ongoing will run till the end of the year.

Customers stand the chance of winning brand new Suzuki Alto k10 vehicles, motorbikes with helmets, airtime, mobile phones, and other exciting prizes, anytime they buy GHS100 worth of fuel or items from the shop or four litres or more of Shell lubricants to pick a scratch card.

“After you have bought your items or fuel, dial *714*18* secret number# to win any of the amazing prizes instantly. There are no draws, so it is all happiness at Shell service stations this festive season with two more prize presentations to go. Customers who do not win instant prizes can build up points on the Shell Club and redeem gifts at their own convenience”, he added.
