With the judgement, the two widows will e accorded full rights as such.
The judgement puts paid to controversies surrounding the funeral rites of the late music icon.
Saturday, December 6 was originally scheduled for the final funeral rites but this was moved to December 13.
On Monday, November 24, immediate family members of Daddy Lumba raised concerns about the December funeral date, accusing Abuasapanyin Kofi Owusu of fanning the confusion.
