The Supreme Court has ordered the suspension of all arrangements for the rerun of the 2024 Parliamentary elections in the Kpandai Constituency in the Northern Region.
The apex court wants all processes pending before it on the matter determined before the elections are held.
It, therefore, adjourned the case to Tuesday, January 13 to allow the plaintiff serve the defendant with the writ.
