The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the start date of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
The Association is out with the date with about four round of matches to end the 2025/26 season.
According to sources, the Association is planning the date ahead of Ghana’s campaign at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Per the decision, the 2026/27 season will start on Friday, September 4 with matches spread to Monday, September 7.
The weekend of Friday, May 28-31, 2027 has been scheduled for the end of the season.
